There are no additional shipping charges applied at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Times

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Depending on your country's regulations, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.

Multiple Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, some orders may be shipped from different warehouse locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately and at different times.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed or shipped, Buzzing Essentials cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Buzzing Essentials is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.
